DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery Terms

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Couriers may require a signature. Missed deliveries may be redirected to a local depot.

  • We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., courier disruptions, weather).

  • Please check all address details carefully - errors may result in extra charges.
     

Refused Deliveries:

  • Refusal to accept delivery will incur a £30 per item return charge, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
 

Returns Policy:

  • Return within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be:

    • In unused, original condition

    • With all packaging, manuals, and accessories

    • Returned at your cost (unless faulty)
       

Handling Fees:

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for opened items that cannot be resold as new.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.
     

Faulty Items:

  • If a product develops a fault within 30 days, contact us to arrange a return, replacement, or refund.

  • Faults discovered after 30 days may be resolved under the manufacturer’s warranty.
