TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order on our website, over the phone, or in person at our premises (including showroom visits or warehouse demonstrations), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. These terms apply to all consumer purchases and are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and other relevant UK laws.

Damages

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Email], including:

    • Clear photos of the packaging and damaged item
       

Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved. We may require the product to be returned for inspection. Once confirmed, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
 

Faulty Goods:
You have 30 days to reject faulty goods. Beyond this, we may arrange a repair or replacement depending on the product and warranty terms. Proof of purchase is required.

Mobile Terms of Service

By subscribing to our SMS service, you agree to receive automated promotional and transactional text messages from Fine Tune to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Special Orders & Pre-Orders

Some items may be classed as special orders, such as products that are:

  • Custom-built or made to order

  • Not regularly held in stock

  • Pre-release or pre-ordered
     

Special orders are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty or misdescribed. Any cancellation request for a special order must be made before the item enters production or dispatch. Terms specific to your order will be clearly communicated before payment is taken.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods, in accordance with your statutory rights.
 

To cancel your order:

  1. Notify us in writing at [Insert Email] within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Return the goods within 14 days of cancellation notice to:

  3. Items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and packaging

    • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
       

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or not as described.
 

Exceptions

We do not accept cancellations or returns for:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order items

  • In-ear headphones if the hygiene seal has been broken

  • Special orders marked as non-returnable at point of sale
     

Failure to return any promotional items included in the original purchase may result in the value of those items being deducted from the refund.​​​​​​​​​​​​

Warranties & Guarantees

All products sold by Fine Tune are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, which typically ranges from 12 to 24 months. Any repairs or replacements under warranty are provided directly by the manufacturer. We are happy to assist you in the process of initiating a claim, but Fine Tune does not offer additional warranties unless explicitly stated at the time of sale.
 

Please retain your proof of purchase, as this will be required for any warranty claims.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Fine Tune shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, business, or data

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

  • Incompatibility of a product with third-party services or software (e.g., withdrawn streaming apps)
     

We only supply goods for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business, or resale purpose, we shall have no liability to you for any loss of profit or business interruption.
